Cities we serve
Our confirmed service area includes Rouyn-Noranda, Val-d’Or, Amos and La Sarre. Served cities are generally within roughly one to one and a half hours’ drive of our starting point in Rouyn-Noranda.
This driving time describes the usual service area; it is not a response-time commitment. Provide your municipality and the location requiring service so we can confirm availability and travel arrangements.
We visit your premises
We have no public office in Rouyn-Noranda or in the other cities we serve. We do not receive client visits. Our post office box is for correspondence only.
Remote assistance
When the issue, access and connection allow it, remote assistance lets us assess the situation and work without travel. Necessary access is arranged securely; passwords should never be sent through the form.
Planned on-site visits
Physical work, deployments and needs requiring an on-site presence are handled through planned visits. Before the visit, we confirm the location, intended work, contact person and access or scheduling constraints.
