Your operations
Start with what matters to you.
You can see potential uses for AI, but experiments remain individual, tools multiply and the rules are unclear. We help move from exploration to organized use that fits your business tasks, data and people.
Use-case and tool selection, pilot projects, process integration and practical team training with clear rules for data and validation.
How we serve the regionAn engagement that fits
What we can do together.
Priorities guide tool selection. Scope, deliverables, costs and arrangements are defined in the proposal.
Choose useful applications
We examine repetitive tasks, information searches and writing or analysis work. Each idea is assessed against available data, effort, risk and the ability to verify the result.
Compare and prepare tools
A writing assistant, a document-based tool and a business integration serve different needs. We help compare capabilities, account types, access and administration responsibilities.
Integrate into your processes
AI can prepare information or help interpret a document within a larger process. An engagement can connect this use to API-accessible applications, with approval points and error handling.
Train the people using it
Role-based exercises teach participants to provide context, request useful formats, check facts and recognize limitations. Data-sharing rules and human validation are part of the training.
A closer look
Build practical habits for safer AI use.
The goal is for your team to know when AI helps, how to check its work and which information can be used. Workshop content is defined around your roles and selected tools.
Let’s discuss your situationBefore sharing
Distinguish public, internal and sensitive information; use authorized tools and accounts.
Before trusting
Check facts, sources and calculations. Recognize plausible but incorrect answers and suspicious instructions embedded in documents.
Before acting
Keep human approval for important decisions, messages or changes. Limit an integration’s access to what it needs.
In practice
What this can look like.
Illustrative engagement ideas to adapt to your tools and situation. These are not client results.
Draft and revise
Teams regularly prepare emails, procedures or proposals.
Create role-appropriate instructions and examples, then check facts, tone and commitments before use.
Find internal information
Answers are scattered across documents.
Assess assisted search over an authorized document collection, with accessible references and permission tests.
Process recurring documents
Information must be identified and transferred into a business tool.
Assess AI extraction or classification, validate important fields and connect permitted steps to the existing process.
A clear process
Move forward with a plan.
An initial conversation to understand, a defined scope to decide and checks to guide the work.
- 01
Understand
We choose a process and user group, then define data, constraints and success criteria.
- 02
Prepare
We prepare a limited trial with appropriate data, controlled access and defined human checks.
- 03
Put into practice
We train the people involved and review quality, correction time and usefulness before deciding what comes next.
Before getting started
Your questions, clearly answered.
Have a particular constraint? Include it in your consultation request to guide our first conversation.
Do we need experience with AI?
No. The consultation can start with your everyday tasks and tools. Training is adapted to participants and can cover the basics: framing a request, providing the right context and checking an answer.
Can you integrate AI into our software?
We can assess integration where interfaces, permissions and usage terms allow it. If the environment is too limited, we can examine better-suited tools through our automation service.
Can our data be used without risk?
No use is risk-free. Before sharing information, review the tool, account type, settings, provider terms and internal authorization. Trials can begin with fictional or anonymized data.
Can we start with training only?
Yes. A workshop can be the initial engagement without an integration project. We clarify participants’ roles, authorized tools and exercises relevant to their work.
How do we know whether to continue a trial?
We define criteria before starting: output quality, total time including verification, errors, adoption and usage costs. A trial that does not meet the need can be adjusted or stopped.
Do we need to build a custom tool?
Not necessarily. An existing feature or a well-configured assistant may be enough. Custom work is assessed when available tools cannot meet the need and the effort is justified.
Let’s discuss your business
